Results of the Census 2021 are particularly useful in establishing the disparity and inequity caused by the Royal Borough of Greenwich's West & East Greenwich Neighbourhood Management scheme.

The council claims that its Greener, Safer Greenwich initiative is designed to promote a greener, safer borough, while repeating the fact where it can that forty per cent of households in the borough do not have a car.

The latest Census results show that, far from discouraging traffic across the area, the council will, instead, be displacing traffic into areas of the borough where car ownership and socio-economic status is at its lowest, and ethnicity across the area is at its highest.
